We also offer a wide range of resources that can be purchased at any time.

Your Gifted Child: A Weekend Information Course for Parents

These courses are offered in several locations around Australia. The courses are led by GERRIC's director, Professor Miraca Gross, an internationally recognised authority on the education of gifted and talented children and adolescents.

Professor Gross is joined by Australian experts (such as Michele Juratowitch) in gifted education who are widely recognised for their work with parents of gifted children, bringing expertise in areas such as early childhood giftedness, parenting young gifted children and their social and emotional development.

General Information

There are two registration options:

• Single attendance option, one parent or adult care-giver from each family will have admission rights to the course.
• Double attendance option, two parents or adult care giver from the same family may attend all sessions and will receive one set of reading materials.

The payment of either course fee option provides for a set of take-home materials including relevant journal articles by experts in the field of gifted education. The fee also covers morning tea and a light lunch on both days. Childcare is not available at the venues. Please arrange alternative childcare for your children.
