Poppyseeds and Small Poppies - January Application Form
Junior Scientia and Scientia Challenge - January Application Form

Scientia Challenge Residential Application Form
This form is for Scientia Challenge applicants who would like to also take part in the Residential Program.

Please note application forms changes:
1. If electing to pay via credit card, you are no longer required to supply your credit card details to GERRIC. (You will be able to make payments online. See section 6 of the application form for further details.)
2. You are not required to attach selection criteria to your application form unless applying for sponsorship or residential. See page 5 of the brochure for further information.

Scientia Challenge Residential – Flight Information Form
This form is for Scienta Challenge Residential students that have been accepted on the Residential Program and are flying into Sydney Airport.

Sponsorship Application Form
All students are able to apply for full or half-fee relief to cover the cost of the workshop.

Parent Nomination Form
This form is for parents who wish to nominate their son/daughter to apply for the Poppyseeds and Small Poppies Program.

Teachers and Other Professional Nomination
This form is teachers and professionals wishing to nominate their student/s for involvement in the Scientia Challenge or Junior Scientia programs.
